What is the turnaround time for final photos?Turnaround time for all photography packages is 2 weeks, if not sooner.

Is there a rush fee if I need my photos back quicker than 2 weeks?Yes there will be a rush fee depending on how quickly the photos are needed back. This fee will be discussed during the consultation if needed.

Will raw photos be released?No, raw photos will not be released, however, if there is a photo the client would like it can be added to the selected photos at an additional cost.

Does Angeline Studios travel?Yes! Angeline Studios will travel. All packages include travel expenses up to a 20-mile radius of the Brooklyn, NY. Additional fees may be incurred if outside of these limits.

How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?Clients should book their photoshoots at least 4-6 weeks in advance with exception to special occasions (i.e. engagement, etc.). While this is a suggestion it is not a requirement. If a client needs something sooner please contact us!

What is the cancellation policy?All deposits are non-refundable, however, if cancelled and rescheduled within 1 week of the initial photoshoot session the deposit will be applied to the new session date.

If I cancel, will my deposit be returned?All deposits are non-refuldable, however, please contact us immediately to reschedule your photoshoot!

What are the forms of payment?Angeline Studios currently accepts cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. We are looking into more forms of payment as well. If these forms do not suffice, other arrangements can be made. Please contact us!

What if the weather does not cooperate?Angeline Studios has you covered! When booking, we will ask all clients to provide mutiple days of avilalibility (for rescheduling purposes) in case the weather does not cooperate.

If I request you to travel for my shoot, is there a travel fee deposit?Yes, based on the travel fee quoted a non-refundable travel deposit will be required to cover travel for the photographer in addition to the shoot deposit to secure your date.

Do quoted travel fees have an expiration?Yes, due to the fluctuating prices of traveling, all travel fees quoted are only good for 7 days after their quoted date.

If I request you to travel and the weather does not cooperate, will you reschedule?Yes, we will do our best to find another date that works for you and the weather (hopefully)!
